Due to the high volume of interested people, we've decided to introduce an application process to ensure that the Train Effective Football Camp is an enjoyable experience for both you and your potential teammates. Click the button and fill out the form to apply for the camp(s) of your choice.
After we receive your application, we'll check availability and whether you're a good fit in terms of playing level and attitude. In case it doesn't work out just now - e.g. because it's too demanding or expensive - we'll refer you to another product such as the Virtual Academy or the Train Effective App for the time being and work out a plan with you to make your camp participation happen in the near future (we really want you to experience what it feels like!).
After a positive response you'll receive a booking link and the opportunity to ask specific questions about the desired camp before making the final decision to secure your spot by paying the first deposit.
If you're under 18, it's important to involve your parent or guardian at this point (if not already done).
Once you've secured your place, you will receive your camp contract, all additional materials & guides, as well as invitations to the camp-specific WhatsApp group, your lifetime pro-membership in the Train Effective App and - if required - an official invitation letter for your entry into the respective country.

Players will be grouped by age and ability. If necessary, the coaches will mix up the groups on site so that all players within a group have a similar level.
No. Flight tickets aren't included as players join our camps from all over the world, resulting in a variety of prices. Players who live a little closer may not even have to travel by plane. Including a flight package in the price wouldn't take into account the different situations of each individual.
As is usual in professional football, you will be accommodated in double or triple rooms and therefore have the opportunity to express a room request! To protect you from unwanted situations, all participants must request each other as roommates so that we can grant this request in good conscience.
There will be staff on campus throughout the stay. Players under 18 are not allowed to leave the camp area unsupervised at any time.
Train Effective's network is wide-ranging and connects to different countries in & outside of Europe. If we or our partners deem a player to have the capabilities to play at the highest level, we'll make every effort to recommend the player to other clubs in countries where he is legally allowed to play.
Additionally to individual feedback, you'll also receive a full assessment report which will outline your specific strengths and weaknesses. Combined with the Train Effective app, this will serve you as a blueprint for moving forward in your training after the camp.
Airport pick up and drop off is not included in the regular camp package. However, we offer it as an extra service which must be booked at least 6 weeks before the camp starts.
Of course! Most of our camps have a buffet selection at meal times, meaning that several options are offered to suit every player. Halal and kosher food is often not offered, however vegetarian options are usually available. Please indicate any food allergies or dietary requirements when registering online so that the kitchen staff can be informed in advance.
At the start of the camp, you will receive two Adidas training kits - one in red and one in black. These will be worn alternately and collected in the evening, washed and replaced in the evening of the next day (told you, that you'll live like a pro!). After the camp is over, you can of course keep your outfits.
Fortunately, the pandemic appears to be nearing its end and there are currently no restrictions or prescribed isolation times on entry within our host countries.
Should this situation change in the future, Train Effective will act in accordance with UK and US government guidelines and take all necessary precautions to ensure the smooth running of the camp, prioritising the safety of all participants and staff at all times.
